Description: Contentment is not a feeling or something you are born with.  It is a skillful state of being. Learn how you can create greater contentment in your life. In this four-week course, explore different ways of seeing and interacting with yourself, your relationships, and your world.

We will explore and practice four central practices with roots in yoga traditions:

• Ahimsa (non-violence)

• Satya (truth)

• Brahmacharya (non-depletion)

• Santosha (contentment)

These practices will become your power tools, the heart of a living practice of contentment. 

Note: This course is meant for individuals over 16 years of age.
